Taylor thrives on high-pressure situations, and tight turnarounds, and he craves exciting new challenges.

Building a brand new product from the ground up like ThoughtWorld delivers these challenges on a daily (sometimes hourly) basis, and pushes Taylor to learn and grow as he faces each one. Frank Chimero says, “People ignore design that ignores people”; as ThoughtWorld’s UX team leader, Taylor’s top priority is to keep users at the center of every design decision, working with all departments to deliver the best experience possible.
