Jim Hill loves to make the world run smoothly. With more than 25 years of experience in organizational management, Jim has played key roles in business, non-profit, and legal operations. Jim supplies the leadership necessary to bring about organizational stability and growth. He thrives in teams and is an expert at fostering an environment where team members can be creative and explore new ideas.
Jim oversees ThoughtWorld’s human resources, finance, facilities, and operations, and is ThoughtWorld’s chief culture officer. With experience managing both entrepreneurial and large organizations, Jim will be managing the growth and health of the ThoughtWorld team to ensure the organization always remains true to its values of balance and respect.
